We are committed to delivering quality products and the last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If your order arrives to you damaged, please review the instructions below to get in touch with us right away!
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.
If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way:
Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
Attach your photos to an email and send them to email@example.com. In the email, please also include your order number, shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.
You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return has been received and is being processed.
In most cases, if your photo return is confirmed, you will not need to mail back your product. We can process the refund or replacement based on your photos.
Please note: We prefer to save time and money for everyone in responding to your return request by accepting photo submissions. However, if the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may ask that you return the item at your expense before the return can be processed. Please submit the best photos you are able.
If required, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if necessary.
If you need to return a product and are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
