General Questions

All of our posters are printed on thick, museum-quality, acid-free, archival paper. Specifically, we use the following:

• Epson Enhanced Matte Paper - 10 mil thickness, durable, matte paper
• Epson Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper - 10 mil thickness, slightly glossy, fingerprint resistant
• Canvas - 20.5 mil thick canvas, 470gsm, center mounting brackets included, hand glued solid wood stretcher bars, printed on textured and fade-resistant canvas (OBA-Free), 1.5" deep
• Frames - Alder, Semi-hardwood frame, black in color, .75” thick, Acrylite front protector, lightweight, hanging hardware attached

All of our posters, canvases & frames are printed and assembled in the USA.

Are you affiliated with NASA or SpaceX?
NASA & SpaceX both release a significant number of images into the public domain. Our love of space travel, astronomy, and astrophysics has inspired us to curate our favorite images into an easy and affordable way to share this passion. The jaw-dropping beauty of the universe belongs to us all. We have no official affiliation with NASA or SpaceX, just a deep appreciation of the work they do.

What is your policy for returns and exchanges?

Shipping Questions

How much is shipping?
We calculate real-time shipping rates to provide the best possible shipping price. After entering your address at checkout, a list of available shipping options and prices is displayed. We do not charge above the carrier rates and provide any available discounts to you.

Where do you ship?
Although we are not able to deliver off-world, yet, we do ship worldwide. At this time, we do not ship to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. Also, we are unable to ship our canvas products to Australia because of local customs laws, over which we have no control.

How can I track my order?
All US orders will receive full tracking details via email after production, when your order is shipped. International customers can choose to add tracking to their order to help prevent loss.

How long until my order is shipped?
We are a print on demand service and your order will be custom printed. Almost all of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half are shipped within 3 business days or less.

How long will shipping take?
Standard shipping will take approximately 3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 business days to Canada, and up to 10-20 business days internationally. If you need your order faster, we do offer expedited shipping options via USPS & FedEx during checkout.
